reading, but Noonan has
managed to write one that is
easy to read and understand.
With the use of a case
study, the book provides a
comprehensive legal picture
of business in Australia. it
forms a great reference for
anyone starting, changing or
running a business.
Despite the title, the book
is not gender specific,
covering legal issues for
any business owner.
Also included in the book
are helpful sample letters
and contracts, and a list of
useful references.
The book contains a lot of
information and could easily
be read in chunks depending
on what stage of business
you are at. I suggest
reading it with a
highlighter or pen and
notepad.
I highly recommend the book
but note it is worth double
checking facts before making
a major decision as things
may have changed since the
book was published.
