World Breastfeeding week has ended for 2007, but our breastfeeding week page will remain live throughout the year for anyone after information and support for breastfeeding.

And of course, our Fathers Day page is ready to give you activity and gift ideas to make your Dad feel as special as he deserves this September.

It may sound trite, but one way to save time in dealing with emails is to stop sending emails! Think about it - each time you send an email, someone is likely to reply even if it is just 'thanks'. When you start getting and sending a lot of short emails, it fills up your inbox with time wasters - and can slow down your software/computer, too. So don't send emails for the sake of it - use the phone, walk to a colleague's desk, send the pathetic joke emails to the delete bin or put more information on your website to reduce the number of emails you need to send out.

Of course, doing everything you can to reduce spam and filtering your incoming emails will also save you time.

When do you send emails, make sure the subject is descriptive and relevant - it will let others know what priority to put on your email and make it easier for everyone to find that email again later if required.

The Prostate Gland simplified
