Out of the Blues is a very positive website to help those with the blues quite simply get out of having the blues…..There are short stories from people on how to believe in yourself, there’s also information on bouncing back from an illness, pick me up tips and quite a few other hints.

Reach Out has information on lots of issues such as depression, drugs & alcohol, family issues, eating disorders, grief and loss, safe sex and pregnancy, school, work and lots more. You can also find help near you by typing in what kind of help you’re looking for and then your postcode.

YBBLUE is a community awareness campaign designed to reduce the stigma associated with depression and to promote help seeking behaviour. This site shows you how to look for warning signs, communicate, seek help and get involved.

Lifeline - Ipswich & West Moreton offers a range of counselling services to thousands of people each year in the Ipswich, Boonah, Laidley, Gatton and Esk areas. it includes 24 hour phone counselling, personal counselling, financial counselling and out reach programs.

Drug Issues

100% In Control is Queensland Health’s alcohol, tobacco and other drug prevention campaign for 12 to 17 year olds. It includes strategies such as Rock Eisteddfod Challenge, Croc Eisteddfod Festival, Rumble in the Jungle and Campaign Competitions.
